Perhaps because of my own personal experiences and struggles, I actively sought advice and comfort from Raj over the years. He has never failed to answer or disappointment me. What most of us don't realize is that the international pharmacy industry is VERY competitive. There is a lot of piracy. At one point in time, Raj and his business - Indianmeds4u - and the website was hacked and nearly put him out of business. He is a proud and Godly man who shared that with me on a personal level., but couldn't do so widely or publically because people don't understand. It wouldn't have served him or his business well to share it. We were frequent customers and it compromised his website to such an extreme degree that we couldn't even begin to figure out how to use the WinRAR software put in place to protect his customers and to such an attack from happening again. Even so, he attempted to continue serve his patrons using personal e-mails, a noble but exhausting and frustrating effort for him and customers. I don't think he will mind me sharing this now because he survived the attack on him/his business - one that he would never have done to a competitor. He had to re-build his website and business from the ashes. It compromised his good name, which hurt him deeply. After two years, we found our way back to him and I received my first order of the same good quality meds with the nice 10% extra, as promised. I'm glad he made it back not just for me - but as living proof that it's not how many times you get knocked down that matters as much as how many times you can get back up.
