The order took 8 weeks to arrive and there was poor email support about the order. 3 weeks after I made my order, they emailed to tell me that the product was on backorder. A week later, they said the shipment was sent and 4 weeks later the product arrived. 8 weeks is too long to wait after they advertise 2 weeks. If they have delays, they should let us know promptly after the initial order. |
